The Fellowship of Evangelical Churches (FEC) established the Synergy Network to identify new church planters, partner with existing churches, and pool resources to create incubators out of which new churches can be planted. FEC lives by the calling to establish reproducing churches worldwide, and won’t stop until that calling is complete.

We believe the leader’s personal spiritual formation and health are the absolute centerpiece for effective church planting. Assessment, coaching, networking, and care are provided to ensure church planters serve from soul health above all else. Then skills, strategies, passion, and energy can emerge to make impact and see lives transformed by the power of the gospel.
No Prescribed

God
raises up new wineskins to carry the new wine of the gospel message in every
generation. We don’t dictate a
particular model for church planting. We
work with each individual planter and/or birthing church to empower the
distinct method, target group, and philosophy of outreach they feel called by
God to pursue. We’re willing (and
excited) to take risks.

We don’t just want to plant churches. We want to raise up new churches born with the DNA to be reproducing centers. To plant churches that plant churches. And to raise up the next generation of leaders and church planters from within.

We believe there’s a reason why, when Scripture records God sending his people on mission, he sends them in pairs and teams. There’s power in community, and in partnership. So we are committed to standing with planters, ensuring they’re relationally, emotionally, and spiritually supported, and building teammates and partnerships into their church planting endeavors from the very beginning.
